A tribute to life in the mountains

La Montagne

The peaks that feed our creativity in summer and winter. The massif de la Tarentaise, Hautes-Pyrénées and the Aravis in Haute-Savoie are our shelters.

In those mountains the hostile climate plays a major role in shaping the habitat. This 3rd episode pays tribute to the houses in mountain pastures and to their hushed, welcoming and protective universe. Some objects and pieces have fed our mountain imagination.

Chamonix, at the foot of the Mont-Blanc, Les Lofoten in Norway and Aspen , Colorado are three books celebrating the mountains through the sensitive eyes of their artists. From the Portrait de Villes collection, you will find the book, the selected prints pack and a framed view together to form the Perfect Gift.
